Nishikawa Communications Co.Ltd.("NICO") collects, uses and provides personal information properly based on laws, regulations related to the protection of personal information and Japanese Industrial Standard's "Personal Information Protection Management Systems - Requirements (JISQ15001)." We qualified the Privacy Mark with the approval of JIPDEC in June 2005.

About our privacy practices

In order to protect the personal information of our customers and stakeholders, NICO has established personal information protection management system under our protection policy, and working to maintain and improve the security level of our management.

  • When acquiring personal information, NICO shall clarify the purpose of use in advance and will not handle personal information beyond necessity to achieve the purpose.
  • We comply with laws and regulations regarding personal information protection, national guidelines, and other standards.
  • NICO deeply recognizes the risk of leakage, loss of personal information we have, and takes appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
  • NICO sets a contact for complaints and inquiries regarding personal information and responds promptly.
  • NICO periodically reviews protection management system of the personal information and makes continuous improvements to ensure effective implementation.

NICO collects your data so that we can:

We may provide all or part of the acquired personal information to contractors within the scope necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose of use. NICO Privacy policy for GDPR

The protection of your personal data is of great importance to Nishikawa Communications Co.Ltd. (“NICO”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) therefore intends to inform you about how the NICO Group entities, acting as data controller, collect and process your personal data that you submit or disclose to us.
